I believe that regardless of your background, your story is worth hearing and sharing, and I desire to walk along-side you wherevery you may find yourself. I have over 6 years of experience working with individuals and couples struggling with codependency, complex family issues, anxiety, depression, complex childhood trauma, infidelity and relationship distress. I am currently undergoing training in Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and have received formalized training in Gottman Level-1 Couple's Therapy and Prepare/Enrich Pre-Marital Assessment.
Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) can be incredibly effective in helping individuals understand themselves in a deeper way in order to experience deeper connection with those around them. I help individuals and couples experience healing and lasting change, through exploring past traumas and events that have been impactful in their story.
