I use a combination of relational, existential, emotionally-focused, attachment, feminist, person-centered, HAES/body-neutrality, trauma-focused therapy and integrate interventions from different modalities to find how best to support you. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel safe to ask yourself even the toughest questions.
