I am also dedicated to working with the LGBTQIA+ community and folx who may not be comfortable in all treatment spaces. I work with adults and couples.
I use a combination of relational, emotionally-focused, attachment, feminist, person-centered, HAES/body-neutrality, trauma-informed therapy and integrate interventions from different modalities to find how best to support you. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel safe and supported when asking yourself even the toughest questions.
