I have primarily worked with children, teens, and families in outpatient therapy, school-based settings, and intensive day treatment programs. I also have experience providing outpatient therapy for adults, both in person and via telehealth. My areas of experience include supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related concerns, ADHD, anger and aggression, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I believe in meeting each person where they are and helping them build the skills and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion.
