I specialize in working with children, adults, couples, adolescents and families from an EFT model. This aims to help people understand vital patterns of familial attachments in their lives that may cause emotional dysregulation and distress which can lead to Mood and Anxiety disorders. I also specialize in CBT to help treat OCD and other disorders.
I also help clients understand their own multicultural struggles from a place of compassion and authenticity.
