I specialize in trauma-informed care and relational-informed evidence- based therapies. To include but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT and Polyvagal therapy. When the weather permits I also offer "Walk & Talk" therapy.

This is a 24 session co-ed group that utilizes Seeking safety, which is an evidence-based model for substance abuse and trauma/PTSD. The key principles are: Safety as the life-goal and Integrated treatment. Therapy tools from CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal therapy will also be used to help group members attain safety in their relationships, thinking, behavior, and emotions to do the work in areas of trauma and substance abuse at the same time. Receive support, encouragement and feedback, group-specific content using YouTube videos and handouts and lectures to help you process, heal and grow.
