As a Neurodivergent South Asian immigrant, I understand the struggles of finding a therapist who will understand you in your cultural context. Overwhelmed with your day-to-day stressors? You're not alone. This can range from dealing with a sudden loss in your life, to struggling to manage your anxiety, depression, and motivation. While I provide support and care for multiple life stressors, I specialize in treating disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, ADHD/Autism Spectrum disorders, and grief therapy.
My counseling style is a mix of evidence-based techniques delivered with compassion and humor. I approach our sessions with respect, warmth, and the intention to build on existing skills while identifying unhealthy thought patterns. Finally, it is important to me to create a safe, judgment-free therapeutic space for my clients, which I strive to do everyday.
I genuinely believe everyone deserves access to safe, quality mental health support, and I aim to provide just that.
