I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Relational Therapy. I work with older teens and adult clients individually. My areas of clinical focus include trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and personality disorders.
