I work well with teens—especially those who may be harder to reach—and prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with them.
A key part of the work I do involves helping people recognize the compromises they made in childhood to navigate their environments. We will look at whether those early survival strategies still serve you today—or whether new patterns might support healthier relationships. Through this insight, you can decide what to carry forward and what to shift.
We’ll explore patterns in relationships, recurring challenges, and beliefs about yourself that may be shaping your current experience. My specialties include premarital and marital therapy, therapy for founders and tech execs, teen and young adult mental health, South Asian issues, trichotillomania, and ERP. I speak Hindi and offer bilingual therapy.
