As a Black married male therapist and father of three, I understand the real-life pressures that can strain even strong relationships. I specialize in helping couples reconnect, rebuild emotional intimacy, and heal from past wounds using a narrative, story-centered approach. My goal is to help partners understand the patterns that keep them stuck and create space for vulnerability, trust, and deeper connection. Couples often come to me when communication has broken down, resentment has built up, or distance has quietly formed over time.
In session, we slow down, uncover the meaning beneath reactions, and work toward a relationship that feels secure, intentional, and aligned with your values. Alongside my couples work, I support individuals and families navigating trauma, depression, stress, and identity concerns.
I also have extensive experience working with African American adolescents and their families, strengthening family systems and supporting young men in finding their voice.
