Modalities I provide include Play Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Therapeutic Art Activities.
As a parent I understand the worries and frustrations often associated with the enormous job of parenting. Parent participation is encouraged as this can result in better long term outcomes. I always provide explanations and education regarding how and why the strategies and activities offered work.
