The client's I work with who are successful are motivated for treatment and willing to focus on the positive re-framing and restructuring of their negative and intrusive thoughts.
In therapy I use a person centered approach to make the client and/or family feel comfortable while using cognitive behavioral strategies to assist in making the changes that they want to make in certain areas of their lives.
