Most people who find me are doing well on the outside and stuck on the inside. A marriage that has gone quiet, or gone wrong. A pattern you can see coming and have anyway. Or the slow exhaustion of being the one everyone relies on, with nowhere to set it down.
I work with adults and couples, roughly thirties through early sixties, individually or together. The work is direct and practical. We get underneath what is actually driving it rather than managing symptoms, and build the kind of conversation that changes something. Most people are surprised how much moves once the real thing is finally on the table.
I am a former Marine Corps officer who spent fourteen years in business before this. I know the weight of responsibility and I do not need it explained. My focus is marriages under strain, including after infidelity, and the patterns people carry into adulthood. In person in Southlake, or virtually anywhere in Texas.
