Sometimes we feel like we are falling out of balance in our lives. I naturally take a humanistic approach to my work with clients, but I consider myself to be eclectic and adaptable, pulling something from many different therapeutic approaches (Person-Centered, Existential, and CBT). I aim to help you find your balance in life, whatever that may look like for you as an individual.
I know the initial steps leading up to counseling can be intimidating.
