I specialize in supporting those facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. I utilize Polyvagal Theory to understand how your nervous system responds to stress and trauma. Using this biological perspective with EMDR, we can work to move your body and mind out of survival like "fight, flight or freeze" and into a calm state.
