I take a direct and structured approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and I am trained in EMDR. I will use all tools and approachs at my disposal.
