Do you feel out of control? Like you need to control everything just to feel okay? Many of my clients struggle with cycles of shame, control, and overwhelm that show up as eating disorders, OCD, body dysmorphia, and addiction. These patterns often develop as ways to cope with trauma, identity stress, and feeling unsafe in the world.
I specialize in Transgender, Queer, and Neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adolescents and adults navigating ARFID, anorexia, binge eating, OCD, compulsive behaviors, and body image concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and non-shaming, helping you understand the roots of control and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Using approaches like IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT-E, CBT-AR, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, we’ll work together to reduce shame, increase emotional regulation, and create sustainable change without pathologizing who you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up fully, explore your identity, and feel genuinely seen and understood.

Beyond is a trauma-informed IFS process group for larger-bodied adults healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic body shame. This group is designed for individuals who have felt unseen in traditional ED spaces and want a therapeutic setting rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) lens and liberation-focused care. 12-week cycle (virtual) Weekly meetings Beginning on November 12th 6pm - 7:30pm Fee: $25 - $75 (sliding scale)
