Did traditional talk therapy leave you feeling stuck, unresolved, and did not result in the outcome you were hoping for? My work is rooted in a trauma-focused lens that addresses deeper, problematic subconscious patterns that drive addiction, low esteem, and other invisible chains of toxic shame. Since 2013, I’ve worked with high-acuity clients and families in community mental health, including severe and persistent mental illness, dual-diagnosis/substance use, homelessness, and at-risk transitional-aged youth. My background and experience have shaped my grounded, direct, and unconventional approach to healing.
I specialize in EMDR and Brainspotting: trauma-focused, brain-body approaches that target and reprocess subconscious patterns driving distress. I'm currently only accepting clients open to doing this level of work and integrate individual, couples, and support-system work when appropriate. I also offer Personal Intensive services (ask me for more details).
My mission as a therapist is simple: To help people achieve the most progress they realistically can in the least possible amount of time.
