I specialize in working with preteens, teens, adults, and families, particularly those who are autistic/ADHD/gifted. I pride myself on being a silly person who knows how to sit with people of all ages in their struggles. It helps that I've experienced many of the same struggles that my clients have and know how to be present with them in ways others can't.

I know how important it is to trust the person in front of you and to build a safe connection with my clients, especially as a neurodivergent person. Trust and safety are the greatest things I can provide to my clients. It can take awhile to develop that. I spend the first 3-4 sessions getting to know you or your child and how they operate.
