I have had the fortune to serve as a therapist for more than eight years, and for more than two years in similar roles. I provide effective therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I use evidence-based techniques effective for the treatment and resolution of depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma. I can help with challenges related to family or relationships, with struggles involving productivity, self-esteem, or major life changes or loss. I have experience and am pleased to work with humans of any sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, location or nationality of origin, and skin color or tone.
My approach emphasizes finding clarity on the most important ways in which therapy can be helpful, so that our work focuses as much as possible on you getting what you need. I engage with open and authentic curiosity, with genuine compassion and understanding, and with persistence and empathy.
Life can be painful and lonely. I think it’s courageous to let someone in on what you’re going through, and to be open to receiving support.
