Greetings! I am so glad you are here. My name is Dr. Aaron Desuacido and I am passionate about helping people realize their true value. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds, age groups, and demographics but I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors and transitional age youth, which includes individuals from adolescence to early adulthood.
I know that therapy can sometimes feel like a daunting experience, which is why the first step in my therapeutic process is for the client to feel understood and cared for. My clinical practice endeavors to provide my clients with a reparative relational experience that is characterized by empathy and trust and reconciles unmet relational needs.
However, I firmly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. It is most important for me to understand what your unique individual needs are and attend to these needs in the best way possible.
