I provide mental health and career counseling to individuals and couples dealing with life's challenges. Do you want to understand more about yourself, about your identity, about the way the patterns you've learned in the past might no longer be serving you? Do you deal with the challenges of depression, anxiety, guilt, past trauma, and grief or loss? Come on in and we can explore all of it in a supportive environment.
Looking for help finding a new career? Trying to apply to new jobs but feeling like your skills are out-of-date? Do you want to stay at your current job but want to focus on your strengths? A professional career counselor might help - let's collaborate on figuring out what might work for you.
Are you looking to deepen intimacy in your relationship, overcome conflict, or simply communicate better? We can work as a team to find what's working in your relationship and build on that while overcoming the barriers to satisfaction.

Compassionate Communication Group
Do you have difficulty identifying and communicating your needs? Are you dissatisfied in your relationships or at work? Would you like to understand common barriers to communication and overcome them? I offer a 12-week course in Nonviolent Communication, where you can learn practical skills for developing more fulfilling relationships with others and yourself! This is a limited size group that utilizes the work of Marshall Rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication" book. We will be building on learned skills from one week to the next so participants are expected to attend all sessions and come ready to engage with others in practice.
