I help people struggling with anxiety and depression, loss of motivation and all issues related to major life transitions that can cause a need for support. I have experience with what is called spiritual direction and helping you to identify and achieve deeper meaning and purpose in your life.
I use depth psychology, psychodynamic and transpersonal therapies as well as the behavioral therapies, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) when necessary. I continue my study and personal work and obtain supervision to get better at my life's work in counseling.
I am available for a 15 minute conversation for you to see if we are a good fit.
