My name is Aaron Jarrels. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I assist clients by sharing a new way to understand what they are experiencing, releasing them from their current state.
I specialize in helping couples and those in relationships who are struggling. Communication is key, and understanding the what, the how, and the why of communication makes misunderstandings far less frequent or impactful.
During the first session I have with clients, I find it best practice to get to know the client and have them get to know me. If we have barriers that are going to keep us from developing the proper clinical relationship, I prefer to address them right away.
