Greetings! Therapy can be an intimidating process, but one of the most rewarding ones. Whether you're experienced in therapy or trying it for the first time, I am open to it all. I have a deep interest in working with adult individual clients healing from C-PTSD/PTSD, relationship issues, codependency, NAS, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use, grief and loss, exercise health, stress-managements, and life skills/organization. Through the therapeutic relationship, an eclectic skillset, and some gentle direction, your relationship with yourself and others can be satisfying and we can keep the real you whole.
I am grounded in a person-centered foundation while utilizing a plethora of other techniques such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, Narrative, and Strength-Based. No two people are the same and I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each client's unique concerns and goals.
