Everyone has times in their life that they need to talk to someone. Throughout my career, I have worked with a broad range of people-children, individuals, and couples. I understand what it is like to be in search of answers. I recognize that anxiety and stress impact families as well as individuals. My life experiences have taught me to look at each client as an individual with their own needs and strengths. I believe that therapy can help us find specific solutions to our problems- whether those struggles are internal, external, personal, or relationally oriented.
Above all else, I enjoy working with people who are motivated to change. I help people identify and work through the struggles they face in each different stage of life. Some of those challenges are internal and some are external. I love helping people discover their own ability to initiate change in themselves and the ones they love.
I have spent over 20 years working with adults, children, couples, and families. Each person that comes into my office has specific strengths that they have built over a lifetime.
