I help clients that are struggling with addiction, trauma and symptoms of trauma, relationship issues, men's issues, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. There can be a variety of reasons to make a change and that change can only happen when we recognize that we want to improve our life. Generally people that are successful in accomplishing their goals are motivated to participate in the process and tend to view therapy as a supportive piece of that journey. There are no quick solutions to making a change, but if you choose to work with me, you will begin to see your life transform and I will be beside you along the way.

I specialize in treating addiction, trauma, relationship issues, and men's issues. I use Headway to provide telehealth services so that anyone can get the support they need to address the challenges they are facing. I offer a warm and collaborative approach to therapy, working with people from a trauma informed and attachment based perspective.

I am a LGBTQIA+ ally, trauma informed therapist, who offers a warm and nonjudgement approach to therapy. I will walk with you on your journey and sit in the darkness with you so you do not feel alone. I empower people to make the changes they wish to see, creating a space where everyone feels seen, and connecting to each person on a human level.
