EMDR and CPT are some of the specialized modalities I offer.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, meaning our first priority is always your safety and comfort. We will never 'dive into' painful memories before you feel fully grounded and equipped with tools to manage intense emotions. I also offer therapies to address other conditions such as anxiety and depression with the same goal in mind.
