My therapy is warm, light, and above all else, curious! Good questions are powerful. They can create a space for you to be fully seen, uncover a new strength in you or your relationship(s), and create openings so that what matters most has room to take root. Life can be challenging, (like, really challenging) and sometimes overwhelmingly so. The things we face might tell you that you aren't up to the task, or even lead you into thinking you aren't worthy… But they’re wrong. The life you want is yours to create, embrace, and enter into. And a good question can remind you that you don’t have to do it alone.

Our work is a deep collaboration. Your hopes, preferences, and values guide us rather than preconceived ideas about who you should be or how relationships should look. This lets me support people of all identities and backgrounds by drawing on my training to help structure our conversations to clear your path forward. I bring a map, but you know the land.

My path, from philosophy to math to tech to therapy, has always been led by curiosity, connection, and a nonconformist streak. These qualities shape my work: I strive to see you fully, just as you are. My sessions welcome all of you—struggle and hurt, but also laughter, creativity, and everything in between. I don't see a diagnosis like 'generalized anxiety disorder' as a description of who a person is, but as something which they are up against. What does the anxiety get you to think? Feel? How does it impact your relationships? And why does any of that matter to you? When we are not our issues, we find space for our own power, wisdom, and dignity to emerge.
