Hi. I help with conflict in relationships. I believe meaningful relationships, at home, school or work, are the key to living a healthier and happier life. My clients include students, individuals, couples and families. I help people with emotional issues, ADHD, anxiety, and other disabilities to feel centered, focused and empowered. My clients develop meaningful insight and awareness that leads to academic success, professional growth and healthy relationships. My approach is down to earth, engaging and personalized to what you need and want. My goal is to strengthen relationships through better support and communication.

I have a decade of career guidance experience and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. My expertise is working with couple and family conflicts as well as success training, parent education/support and academic support for teens, adults and families. I can help you navigate life's more difficult challenges.

I do this work because I believe every challenge in life serves as an opportunity for change. I will listen. I will not judge. Insurance only pays when we give an ICD-10 diagnosis, and it often needs to be a moderate or severe diagnosis to cover couples therapy services. Not everyone meets criteria for a more severe diagnosis, and for those who do they may not wish to have that on their insurance record.
