I'm a trained Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and hold dual licensure as both a rehabilitation counselor and mental health counselor — a combination shaped by decades of work in university disability services and student counseling. I specialize in trauma, addiction, ADHD, anxiety, anger, and interpersonal conflict, using evidence-based approaches.
