I understand the importance of having a space that both feels safe and provides an opportunity to address these issues, and I want to provide that for you and help you find a way to not just make life more bearable, but even enjoyable and thriving.
My goal is to help you no longer feel alone in dealing with your struggles, and to provide guidance/encouragement in moving forward to be healthier. I intend to invest in you however you need it – to help you work through your confusion, loneliness, difficult emotions, past trauma, and anything else you're struggling with.
Using a grounded, relational approach that involves a combination of identifying practical solutions, developing deeper understanding, and processing/healing wounds, my focus will be to help you understand what has led you to this moment in your life and work to change the narrative so you can make healthier choices and experience the healing you need.
