If you are looking for a therapist, you may be feeling confused, frustrated, isolated, scared and possibly in emotional pain. I aim to provide a safe space that is mutually created through a trusting connection built to hold whatever you bring into therapy. The therapy space is your space, so it is important to me that you feel comfortable and heard. I look forward to working together with you to grow, change, heal, and build a more satisfying and purposeful life.
I work mainly with college students/young and emerging adults as well as adults of all ages on a variety of issues. My therapeutic approach is rooted in an existential, humanistic perspective and draws from psychodynamic and relational theories. I also enjoy lecturing on psychology to undergraduate and graduate students at Boston University.
I have worked with students from Boston area schools such as Brandeis, Bentley, Northeastern, MIT & Harvard as well as high school students preparing to transition to college. I invite prospective clients to reach out for a phone consultation or to schedule a first session with no expectations in order to assess if we might be a good fit to work together.
