If you feel like you’re expected to do it all, and carry more than your share, I may be able to help. Many of my clients feel stuck in one-sided relationships with friends, family, or coworkers, or find themselves repeating painful patterns and wondering, “Is something wrong with me?” Together, we can explore these questions and work toward deeper, more satisfying connections; with others and with yourself.
I’m a Queer, Mexican-American therapist and child of an immigrant. I work with people navigating identity, attachment wounds, and complex relationship dynamics. With warmth and curiosity, I’ll help you name what’s hard to say and explore the deeper roots of what’s stuck, so you can move toward insight, healing, and change.
You may be reaching out thinking, “Something’s wrong with me,” but I don’t believe you need to be fixed. Your defenses make sense, they’ve helped you survive. I use relational, attachment-based, and nervous system-informed approaches to explore what’s underneath the critical self-talk. If this resonates, I’d be glad to support your process.

Saturday 11am Weekly Interpersonal Process Group

Group therapy is a life-changing modality that helps you build trust in your emotional experiences and learn how to share them openly. My group is an “emotional laboratory” where you can practice expressing your thoughts and feelings in the moment, and learn to tolerate, understand, and eventually find meaning in how others respond to you. Over time, group deepens your relationship with yourself and others, expands your emotional range, and offers the healing power of being seen and supported. You don’t have to go it alone—group is a place where connection becomes a powerful tool for growth and change.
