I work with individuals who know things need to change, but find themselves held back and unsure of their next steps. Maybe you're usually in control of life, but now have decided that you, of all people, need support too. It could be a need for clarity within yourself, making future changes, or healing old wounds. I'm trained in EMDR, where we heal trauma and negative self beliefs. I also use mindfulness and somatic-based work. I often take psychodynamic and philosophical approaches as well, working with concepts such as meaning, belief, and values, so that you can increase your sense of self within the larger world.
