I'm passionate about somatic psychology, parts work, relational healing, and any form of spirituality that enlivens your life. I value talk therapy, but know that it has its limits, which is why I also work experientially. Healing and awakening are organic life processes. Just like a seed, they simply need the right conditions to sprout, grow, and blossom.
