As a psychologist, I work collaboratively with individuals to develop deeper personal understanding, get unstuck from unhelpful patterns, and experience greater fulfillment in life. I strive to build a relationship in which my clients can bring their full selves to therapy and make observable progress toward their goals.
I have more than 15 years of experience as a therapist, and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds on a wide array of presenting concerns. Some of my specialties include therapy for anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and relationship concerns. I have worked extensively in university counseling centers, where I served as a clinical director.
My office is located near Uptown Charlotte and I also provide video-based therapy. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you, answer any questions about my practice, and discuss next steps for working together.
