I utilize Mindfulness practices to help clients ground in the present moment and regulate difficult feelings as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help them notice and challenge their negative thoughts in order to build a more positive inner world. I ground this work in a Person Centered Approach that values you as the expert of you.
