My clients are people of all ages, young children through adults, often arriving at a difficult moment: struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, or wondering why they, or their child, think and learn differently, perhaps in ways connected to Autism, ADHD, or other neurodiverse traits. Some are looking for support to work through what they're carrying. Others want clarity about how their mind, or their child's mind, truly works. Either way, we start by understanding what's really going on, then find a path forward together, whether that means new coping tools or the documentation needed to unlock the right supports.

I bring a diverse background: licensed psychologist, tenured college professor, and experience across psychiatric, medical, outpatient, and school settings. In session, I draw on cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches, whichever fits you best. I also evaluate developmental and neurodiverse differences.

I completed specialized training in conducting evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorders and related neuro-developmental concerns (e.g., ADHD) during my post-doctoral fellowship training at the University of Virginia. I also direct an autism assessment, research and training clinic in New Jersey. I complete neuropsychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorders with young children through adults.
