About
I believe therapy should be tailored as a unique experience to fit the client, just as each client is unique. I see the process of therapy as holding a safe and sacred space, where a therapeutic alliance is built between client and therapist, enabling clients to express themselves authentically, share their struggles, create goals, and overcome obstacles; leading each person to be the best version of themselves. As a therapist, I strive to be there each step of the way providing competence, support, and encouragement, to not only overcome obstacles, but to also find meaning in the journey.
I am an LISW in the state of Ohio. I provide individual therapy for adults ages 18-65+, for clients in need of services for a range of concerns, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, challenges within relationships, stress, grief, and trauma. I am a graduate of Xavier University. I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute.
Let me help you make meaning of your circumstances. Together we can create healthy ways of examining your past. I'll help you learn how to focus on today while creating a bright and healthy future.
