I specialize in couple and family therapy. I help people improve communication and underlying beliefs that contribute to relationship problems. Often, most relationship issues or family problems are based on unmet emotional needs or underlying issues that have yet to be addressed in a constructive way. Most people need a neutral party to help clarify their needs and expectations. I also help individuals, from a variety of backgrounds overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, poor self-esteem and work stress.
I offer a non-judgmental, safe place for people to process their feelings, seek advice, or discuss their day-to-day thoughts. Being a systems-based therapist, I look at a person's entire environment (i.e., work life, relationship, family background, etc.) to get to the root of their issues.
