I like clients that are unique, meaning I enjoy people's differences. I tend to create the treatment plan around the client and their needs rather than a cookie cutter type of treatment plan. I work with a wide range of clients from children and adolescents to couples therapy.
I have special interest in ADHD, Bullying, Anxiety, Depression and Addictions. I also work with families in conflict and work with parents regarding parenting issues. I believe the bullying issues are worse than they have ever been and sometimes families need additional help whether their child is a victim or bully.
I work with schools regarding counseling, IEP's and 504's. I will consult with family Doctor so they can better prescribe medication that fits the needs of individuals. I provide a number of non-medication therapies. I leave the decision to the family to decide if you would prefer medication.
