Available M-Th 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Women who are experiencing any deficit that is impacting their lives, in a negative way are my ideal clients. This includes issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and breaking generational curses (adults, couples, and family). If you're interested in making changes to improve the quality of your life, I'm open to challenging you in these areas by providing a safe, non-judgmental, and unbiased holding space to address your self-identified goals. You've only got one life and I'm interested in helping you achieve your best one!
I specialize in working with millennial women of color. I know all too well about the "strong woman" narrative that we tend to subscribe to, which leads to burnout and feelings of inadequacy. I truly believe that your greatest source of power is being authentic and living life on YOUR terms, by engaging in empowerment and advocating for your needs.
I’m extremely empathetic to what you’re going through and invite you to reach out to A Work of Heart Therapy, PLLC, to see if I can assist in meeting your needs. In working alongside you, we'll venture uncharted territory and discover who you truly are. It is my greatest hope that your troubles subside and you get back to living your best life!
