I can teach techniques to handle stress and tame conflict. I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and also draw from other evidenced-based practices such as Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
Offering appointments in the evenings and on weekends, I can accommodate demanding schedules with flexibility and accessibility. My office is quiet, serene, comfortable, clean and easily accessible by bus or car. In a secure building with one floor, my office building is ADA compliant.
