I believe awareness of our thoughts and how we choose to process them can change the trajectory of our outcomes. I have experience working with women before, during, and after pregnancy, and working with patients with new and/or chronic medical diagnoses. I also have experience working with foster care, adoptions, birth mothers, and potential adoptive parents.
I am a Christian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Virginia, and an Education Specialist who has served individuals in helping professions for over 20 years. I am a Certified Specialist in Anger Management and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I do my best to use my experience to help you work towards your desired outcomes.
