It can be helpful to have someone other than friends or family to talk with about personal struggles. Issues we might address include finding and maintaining friendships and relationships, increasing communication skills, managing moods, including depression and anxiety and dealing with the pressures of everyday life. Let me help you to find balance and increase your coping skills in a safe, warm, non-judgmental and confidential space. I am in network with Cigna Evernorth and will bill any PPO directly.
I provide a warm, confidential environment for exploring personal issues. I offer support and someone to talk to about current stressors, as well a a deeper look into long standing issues. I offer long or short term work. Perhaps you need an emotional tune up, or just a safe place to talk. I'll bill Cigna or any PPO directly.
