As a therapist I work to offer compassionate care without judgement. I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is integral to the healing and growth process. I work to integrate a multitude of techniques into my work with clients that are aimed at developing a safe place to process feelings, building a foundation for skill building and problem-solving and to work on addressing any issue that is generating stress or mental health problems. I have over 25 years of training and experience as a mental health provider and I truly enjoy every day I work with clients offering them care and support.
I have experience working with all ages and treatment modalities. My clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, relationship problems, attachment issues grief counseling, substance use disorders and issues specific to adolescence and women's health.
