I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples/polycules who are tired of shrinking themselves. I focus on identity, sexuality, desire, anxiety, and the impact of cultural or relational conditioning. A lot of this work is about connection, with yourself and with others, and finding ways to show up more fully, without having to disappear in the process.
Whether you’re masking, spiraling, people-pleasing, or just trying to hold it all together, this is a space to sort through the mess, reconnect with your voice, and shift the stories that have been keeping you stuck. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity, and I’ll meet you where you are—with room to be messy, uncertain, and still completely worthy of care.
