Quieting the Inner Critic: For College Women

We often limit ourselves by believing lies about our worth. The comparison game, social media, and experiences of the past greatly impact the way we feel and how we treat ourselves. If you’re tired of self-esteem issues getting in the way of you finding confidence and freedom in who you are, we would love for you to join us. Over 8 weeks, we will 1) explore the nature of low self-esteem and what perpetuates the cycle, 2) learn techniques to quiet your inner critic and build self-acceptance, and 3) explore ways to live authentically and thrive during your college years.
