Life-changing events are happening everyday of our life whether good or bad. I believe there are three fundamentals that are necessary in achieving mental healthiness. They are self-love, purpose, and value; without these attributes this could bring about some form of mental discord. I specialize in working with people who are striving to live a more meaningful life consisting of internal healing. I treat individuals who struggle with anger, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, other everyday life issues, and interpersonal concerns. Clients are unique individuals with different needs. Therefore, you are the expert of yourself.
I am passionate about helping clients achieve positive goals by addressing emotional disturbance, relationship issues, family concerns, and trauma. I use Strength-Based, Solution Focus Approach, and various behavioral strategies to help clients obtain their goals. What we think and speak creates our reality.
Thanks for taking the first step of seeking assistance and thank you for entrusting me with your story. Therapy can be a silhouette of soul care in finding healing and peace. Let’s work together to see the change that you desire. Currently accepting appointments Monday-Friday days and evenings.
