Are you struggling with anxiety? My name is Debbie and I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. My clients typically feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward when they first come to me. Through my unique approach, I help clients reach their individual goals to live their best lives. My approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, which means that I believe every individual has the capacity for growth and change.
